Sea Party Krabi uses Facebook Messenger to answer customer enquiries and help our team follow up on private boat-trip requests.
When you message our Facebook Page, we may process your Messenger user ID and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange customer support, and notify our booking team when follow-up is needed.
Messages may be processed through Meta, Cloudflare, OpenAI, and LINE in order to operate the chatbot and send internal alerts to our team. We do not sell personal information.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide customer service, meet legal obligations, and protect our service. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we process.
